Recycling fine aggregate are crashed in waste concrete, so involving a lot of various (small or micro) cracks. When mixing recycling fine aggregate in standard concrete, they make compressive strength deterioration. The other hand, porous concrete (POC) are applied to low strength fields. For example, concrete coastal revetment in which plants and small animals are able to alive, permeable pavement, soundproof wall on road, and so on.
