| 内容記述 | This study presents an autoethnographic account of participating in a Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program. Through immersive observation and personal reflection, the findings suggest that cultivating self-compassion significantly reduces feelings of loneliness, anxiety, and stress, while enhancing overall well-being and life satisfaction. Notably, these positive effects appear to be long-lasting. Furthermore, the practice of self-compassion was found to foster compassion toward others, strengthening interpersonal connections. In an increasingly complex and isolating modern society, self-compassion emerges as a vital resource for both individual and collective well-being. | |||||||||
