A person to consult can get an advice of a law from this system by answering some questions. Each module reasons about a point at issue and leads an answer for an issue of law. Question contents are resolved into some issues by the system. This system has a module corresponding to every issue of law. The system makes advices from these answers to a person to consult. This system has some characteristics to show next. (1) The small system that we can execute with a personal computer. (2) The system has the expansibility that can support in revision of law.
