| 内容記述 | Lubricating oil can't function in environments such as vacuum and high temperature, so solid lubricants have been used in the aerospace world. Technological know-how developed in these fields has been applied to general apparatus. And solid lubricants have come to hold an important position in lubrication engineering. We produced powdered solid lubricants mixed with polymer resin that were applied to the surface of the material, and dried. We often use a thin coating produced by heat treatment. There have been many studies on the coating caused by solid lubricants, but few ones on tribology. So we made a ball-on-disc type friction-abrasion measuring equipment to inspect fundamental characteristics of solid lubricating coating. Accordingly, the frictional properties of molybdenum(MoS_2) disulphide and polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) coatings have been studied under the condition of repeated contact. | |||||
