This paper is the report of such tidal waves which rushed to the coast of the State of California. They might have broken the framework of the public education and realized free choice of schools by parents by means of the ballot for vouchers.}, pages = {57--67}, title = {教育への自由競争原理の導入 : カリフォルニア州'93 Voucher Ballotの結末}, volume = {29}, year = {1995} }
