We have developed a software by utilizing computer for easy-fast NC machine programming. Judgement whether the cutting was performed or not is made by the thermo-couple from its temperature variance. We have also developed a feasible system that can automatically adjust the feeding speed when the cutting was not ideally performed. To attain the workability of aforementioned system, we have made experiments by using acrylic resin sheets that have varieties of thickness.
