| 内容記述 | In the present study, heat treatments of Ni-Cr steel material were as-quenching at 1123 K and tempering at the temperature ranges from 523 to 873K. Fatigue strengths and fatigue crack growth in notched specimens of Ni-Cr steel with a U model type been examined in its ex-plane repeated bending test leading to a fracture by tool microscope, optical microscope and scanning electron mocroscope. And further, the length of fatigue fracture surface was measured and its relation to the crack growth resistance was studied. The experimental results are summarized as follows. (1) The lengths of fatigue crack growth l_x and l_y are slow to dN/N_f=10% and they increase as the stress cycle number increases. They show rapid increase after dN/N_f=30%. (2) After dN/N_f=30%, the appearance of the stracture of fracture surface can be separated to the shear-lip fracture surface by the impact and the clear fatigue fracture surface. | |||||
