| 内容記述 | Synopsis. An unstretched film of polarized α-form PVDF shows four TSC peaks designated P_1, P_2, P_3 and P_4 in ascending order of temperature. This paper describes a possible mechanism responsible for the P_3 peak which shifts to lower temperature with poling field. This can probably be explained in terms of the Poole-Frenkel mechanism applied to the self-trapping. The peak shift has also been used as a measure of the internal field of polarized specimen. | |||||
