The features of this system are as follows: 1. Control pattern of the temperature that is stored in disk is flexible. 2. The system is able to control the multiple furnaces (4 units) at the same time. 3. Temperature is recored on the printer and displayed on the CRT. 4. Extension of the system is possible since the personal computer is used. The precision of temperature control is within ±1℃ with the tubular electric furnace.
