The wordprocessor which was developed for the blind by author has been widely applied in blind society for reasons of low-price and simple usage. In the present paper, author shall try to develop new software to use for the PC-9801 computer machine which has been most widely using throughout the country and to add new functions to old software for the blind wordprocessor. Author supposes that the result of this study is useful to progress blind culture and welfare.},
