| 内容記述 | The low ohm metal film resistors under lΩ can be made by electroless Ni-P plating. But for precise use they are not suitable because of their TCR can not become less than 100ppm/℃. So we developed Ni-W-P metal film low ohm resisitors which TCR is equal to precision type resistors, by changing the ratio of ingredients in plating bath. At first in this paper, the trade-off point between TCR and depositting rate has been investigated, assuming mass-production of 30 thousands resistores in a lot. And then reliability tests, including short time over-load, temperature cycle, pulse, step stress, load life, moisture load life, were carried out for both conventional Ni-P and Ni-W-P metal film resisitors As a result it has been found the Ni-W-P is superior to the Ni-P, especially in step stress and pulse test. | |||||
