| 内容記述 | Aluminium coated steel which was produced by the hot-dipped process was heated for 336 hours at 500℃ and for 24 hours at 800℃, and then tensile test, measurement of weight and microscopic observation were made. The results of the tests were as follows: (1) In general, mechanical properties of the aluminium coated steel were reduced by heating. But the ratio of decrease in mechanical properties of aluminium coated steel which was heated at 800℃ was lower than that of uncoated steel. (2) The complex shape of iron-aluminium layer did not change by heating at 500℃, but at 800℃ it changed from wave shape to girdle shape, because the effect of the property by which diffusion advances to special direction was reduced due to the growth of the layer which contains aluminium a little. (3) In aluminium coated steel very large secondary grains grew easily owing to ron-aluminium layer. (4) Compared with uncoated steel, aluminium coated steel made great resistance to oxidation. | |||||
