 note = {application/pdf, The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of traffic closure information and traffic jam length information when accident occurred, with respect to travel behavior and detour-choice by laboratory experiment. Travel time prediction model are calibrated using multiple regression analysis. We clarified the relation between the detour route choice and accident information using the Logit Model. The utility function consists of the travel time, traffic closure waiting time, traffic jam length and schedule delay. The model is used to perform simulation experiments, and to analyze the effect of detour-route guidance system when accident information is available.},
