On the other hand, porous concrete (as following PoC) are able to reduce a burden for the environment. Here, PoC has many large voids relatively as compared to normal that, it is thought that much quantity of elution of alkali ingredient from that surface. In this study, decreasing quantity which is eluted the alkali ingredient from PoC surface, adhering by starch-based to bamboo powder on PoC surface. It is assume that pH of water is indicator to quantity of elution of alkali ingredient, measuring the change to pH of water, which have been put into PoC with bamboo powder on its surface with time.
