This paper described the output characteristics of the photovoltaic power generation system running in National Institute of Technology, Nagano College. This power generation system ware constituted by photovoltaic cells of single crystalline silicon of two models, multi-crystalline silicon, compound-based thin-film, and single crystal hybrid system. Results of the measurement of the power generation amount of one year, the power generation characteristics ware found to vary depending on the type of photovoltaic module.
