| 内容記述 | Recently new materials, which have high hardness, are being developed. Since these materials are not easy to be cut, super abrasive grains such as diamond grain or CBN grain are used to grind. However these types of grain are expensive, so they are mainly used for high precision grinding. When the demanded precision is not so high for high hardness materials, the easier grinding is necessary. So we propose new grinding wheel that is made by sticking diamond film on the disc. Then we examined properties of the grinding wheel by grinding high hardness materials. | |||||
