| 内容記述 | This paper examines the modal choice character during peak-period traffic congestion. It presents the utility function of road and rail way facilities services that consists of travel time and schedule delay at work start time and transit fares. To analyze traveler decisions, a nested logit model of departure times, route and mode choice was estimated. In this analysis, we used the Person Trip Data, from Suzaka City to the Nagano Central Business District. | |||||
