| 内容記述 | Propidium monoazide(PMA) reagent and RNA besides DNA were utilized to characterize the active microbial community of 5 full-scale anaerobic digesters via 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing. Beta diversity analysis showed PMAand RNA-based sequencing caused a drastic change in the community composition and the relative abundance of microbial members, respectively, compared with DNA-based community profile. PMAand RNA-based profiles indicated archaea belonging to Methanosaeta and bacteria belonging to Bacteroidales were physiologically active microorganisms in all anaerobic digesters. It was suggested Treponema and the W22 genus were viable in four mesophilic digesters. | |||||||||||||
