PMAand RNA-based profiles indicated archaea belonging to Methanosaeta and bacteria belonging to Bacteroidales were physiologically active microorganisms in all anaerobic digesters. 内容記述 | Propidium monoazide(PMA) reagent and RNA besides DNA were utilized to characterize the active microbial community of 5 full-scale anaerobic digesters via 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing.
