| 内容記述 | This paper examines the problem of peak-hours traffic congestion and the analysis of alternatives congestion relief methods. It presents a estimation model of the departure time and route choice, and system performance function considering the uncertainty of travel time and commuter's utility. The model consists of the estimated travel time and schedule delay. Numerical example were performed in order to clear the effect of the stagger and the flexibility of work start time. | |||||
